In the vast orchards of Roztocze, surrounded by wild nature, the finest Polish fruits ripen. In the Zamojska Vineyard, we extract the essence of taste and aroma from them, creating noble varieties of fruit wines of unprecedented quality. They are produced in exactly the same way as grape wines.

The wine-growing traditions of Roztocze date back to the Middle Ages. Today, on the Roztoczański Vineyard Route, the production of noble species of Polish wines is reviving. The Zamojska Vineyard brings together the best local vineyards to create a unique offer of Polish regional wines. We combine modern wine production methods with the natural richness of the region and the traditions of Polish viticulture.

ZAMOJSKA VINEYARD ZŁOJEC

Located about 20 kilometers north of Zamość. Thanks to being in the specific ecosystem of Roztocze, grape harvests of the highest quality are obtained at the Zamojska Vineyard, from which several types of wine are produced, including the prestigious and award-winning Solares.

The wines are made with strains like seyval blanc, hibernala, solaris, johanniter, regent, and cabernet cortis.

DWÓR SANNA VINEYARD

Located in the north-western part of Roztocze, about 80 km from Zamość. The vineyard is located on the south-west and south-east hillside with an angle of inclination of about 35%. Thanks to this, vines are provided with the greatest possible exposure to the sunlight. The grapes are harvested by hand.

The wines are made with the solaris, regent, seyval blanc, muscaris, and johanniter strains.

GRAPE WINES FROM POLISH VINEYARDS

Vineyards associated with the Zamojskie Vineyards Foundation are characterized by moderated, boutique production. The area of cultivation is very limited and the grapes are still harvested by hand. Each bottle is made thanks to the personal efforts of the vintner, supervised with great care and attention at all stages of production.

Just like Tuscany has Florence and Veneto has Venice, our wine region has its own unique capital, Zamość, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Herb Zamościa

This comparison is not accidental. Founded in 1580 by Jan Zamoyski, Zamość was designed by the Italian architect Bernardo Morando.

Thanks to the unique architectural-urban complex of the Old Town - which has survived to this day in a virtually unchanged condition - it is called "an Italian city in the heart of Roztocze", "the pearl of the Renaissance", "city of arcades" or "Padua of the north".
